Something super weird happening right now: just been called by several totally different media outlets in the last few minutes, all with Windows machines suddenly BSoD’ing (Blue Screen of Death). Anyone else seen this? Seems to be entering recovery mode: pic.twitter.com/DxdLyA9BLA

Screens freeze with the text “It looks like Windows didn't load correctly. If you'd like to restart and try again, choose Restart my PC below”. CrowdStrike is a US-based cybersecurity firm. The fault was attributed to the installation of the service's Falcon sensor.
Several banking institutions, supermarkets and media companies in the US have reportedly received 'blue screen of death error' messages. The Guardian reported that the problem was found in several TV studios and radio studios.
In India, airlines such as SpiceJet, Indigo and Akash Air have been affected by technical glitches in booking, check-in and flight updates.
Handwritten boarding passes and luggage tags
The Bengaluru International Airport said that a global outage of the Departure Control System (DCS) has affected the network of airlines, including the Bengaluru airport, since 10.40 am on Friday. The Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) and Common Use Self Service (CUSS) systems are also experiencing disruptions.
In the current situation, manual check-in has been started and all necessary steps have been taken to ease the disruption to passengers and flight schedules of airlines like IndiGo, Air India Express, SpiceJet and Aakash, the spokesperson said. Pictures of handwritten boarding passes and luggage tags from various airports are doing the rounds on social media.
