NDA Alliance: Lok Sabha Elections In 2024, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) did not get a majority on its own. However, the NDA has an absolute majority and the same government is running at the center. But the market of speculation is always hot about whether this government will be able to complete its five years? The opposition has also been saying that this coalition government will not last long. Now these speculations are being fueled again.
In fact, alliance partner JDU has demanded from the government that Bihar be given the status of a special state. MP Sanjay Kumar Jha said after the all-party meeting in Parliament on Sunday (July 21) that if the government feels that Bihar cannot be given the status of a special state, then at least a special package can be given and this demand has been made by the party.
What did the JDU MP say?
Speaking to news agency ANI, he said,"Bihar should get the status of a special state, this has been the demand of our party (JDU) since the beginning. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has held big rallies regarding this demand. If the government feels that there is a problem in doing so, then we have demanded a special package for Bihar. We have also raised the problem of floods in Bihar. These are the two main issues that we have raised."
