ncert books: Even after three and a half months of the start of the new academic session 2024-2025 in the capital, students are not getting National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) books in the markets. Students have to pay the price for this by buying books of private publishers.
Even after three and a half months of the start of the new academic session 2024-2025 in Delhi, students are not able to find NCERT textbooks in the markets. As a result, parents are forced to buy books from private publishers at higher prices than NCERT publications, which are considered more expensive.
This situation has put a burden on the pockets of the parents. Also, many students are lagging behind in their syllabus due to non-availability of NCERT books. Areas like New Road, Daryaganj, Sadar Bazar, Najafgarh and Laxmi Nagar are still deprived of NCERT books.
