Vegetable Oats Soup Recipe
MaterialOlive oil- 1 tbsp, garlic- 1 tsp, ginger- 1 tsp, celery- 1 tsp, coriander stalk- 1 tsp, onion- 1/4 cup, oats- 1/4 cup, mixed vegetables (mushrooms, beans, cabbage, carrot)- 1 cup, vegetable stock- 2 cups, salt- to taste, black pepper- 1/2 tsp, green onion- 1 tbsp, finely chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Method
- Place a pan on the gas to heat it.
- When the pan becomes hot, add oil to it.
- Add garlic, ginger, onion, coriander stalk in oil and fry lightly.
- After this add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Then add oats and fry for some more time.
- After that we will add chopped vegetables in it.
- Now add vegetable stock, salt, black pepper and chopped coriander and cook for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
