Varanasi. The development authority is continuing to take action against illegal construction. In this sequence, the enforcement team demolished illegal plotting in 17 bighas on Friday. A case was registered against the builder. The action caused panic among the illegal builders.
Near Adalhat Mauja-Muzaffarpur of Ramnagar Ward, illegal plotting was being developed in about five bighas by unknown persons without getting the map approved. Due to open violation of relevant sections 14 and 15 of Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act 1973 against unauthorized plotting, demolition action was taken with the help of enforcement team and police force. A complaint has also been sent to Police Station-Adalhat, District-Mirzapur to register a First Information Report against the developer.
Notice action was taken on R 15/24/ under relevant sections of Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act, 1973 on unauthorized construction in Bablu Chaurasia, Mauja Rasulaganj, Tengra Mod to Narayanpur Road Police Station-Adalhat, Ward-Ramnagar under Ramnagar Ward. The party was given adequate opportunity of hearing and acceptance of map. But when the map was not accepted, the unauthorized construction was sealed and handed over for continuous monitoring of police custody. Dilip Kumar was developing illegal plotting on about 6 bighas near Ajaypur in Shivpur Ward without getting the map approved. On its complaint, the enforcement team took action for demolition. A complaint was lodged in Shivpur Police Station to register a case.
In front of Mauja Ganj Chaukhandi Stupa of Choubepur police station of Sarnath ward, illegal plotting was being developed on about 15 biswa by Lalchand Yadav and on about 6 bigha by an unknown person under Mauja Sandha, Ring Road Police Station Choubepur, without getting the map approved. Due to open violation of relevant sections 14 and 15 of Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act 1973 against illegal plotting, demolition action was taken with the help of enforcement team and police force. At the same time, a complaint was given to register a case against the developer.
