What adds to her troubles is another leaked phone recording between Urvashi and her manager, where he can be heard scolding her for the incident. A popular Bollywood news page shared the recording on their Instagram page. In the recording, Urvashi asks her manager, “Have you seen the video? I don't understand how these things are coming out. I need to talk to him immediately.” Her manager responded that the team was working to remove the video from social media. He also mentioned that it was a regrettable situation and suggested that they discuss it in person instead of over the phone.

Meanwhile, last week Urvashi was admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad. According to Free Press Journal, the actress got injured while shooting an action sequence for Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming Telugu film NBK 109. Urvashi's team confirmed her hospitalisation, stating that she has suffered a 'horrific' fracture. They mentioned that she is currently in pain but is receiving top-notch treatment.
