Train Derailed, Moradabad: After Gonda, now a goods train going from Moradabad in UP to Delhi suddenly overturned near Amroha railway station on Saturday evening. In the accident, 10 to 12 coaches of the goods train have derailed. After the accident, rail traffic on the Moradabad-Amroha rail section was disrupted.
10 to 12 coaches derailed
Senior DCM said that the work of removing 10 to 12 derailed coaches of the goods train is going on at a fast pace, this work will be completed in 4 to 5 hours. 16 trains running in Moradabad Railway Division have been affected due to this accident. On Saturday evening, 10 to 12 coaches of a goods train going from Moradabad to Delhi overturned with a loud noise near Amroha Railway Station. The railway track has been completely damaged due to this accident.

16 trains affected
It is being told that two of the fallen coaches were filled with chemicals and eight to ten coaches were empty. Aditya Gupta, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager in Moradabad Railway Division of Northern Railway, said that 16 trains of Moradabad Railway Division have been affected due to the Amroha goods train accident. Many trains are being diverted and short terminated. Moradabad-Najibabad Passenger has been cancelled.
