In such a situation, potato patties are a very good option as a fruit meal which is liked by many. It can be tried as a new dish. Everyone likes its taste. After eating it, the stomach feels full for a long time. Along with this, the recipe to prepare it is also very easy. Material
Potatoes – 1/2 kg
Water chestnut flour – 1 bowl
Curd – 1/2 cup
Green chillies – 4
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Rock salt – as per taste
Peanut oil – for frying

Method
- First of all boil the potatoes and then peel them and mash them well in a vessel. After this cut green chillies, green coriander into small pieces and grind ginger.
- Now add chopped green chillies, coriander and cumin powder to the mashed potatoes and mix well. After this, mix water chestnut flour in it. Mix the mixture well for a minute.
- Now prepare balls in equal proportion of the mixture. If you want, you can make the patties round or oval in shape by pressing them with your palms.
- After all the potato patties are ready from the mixture, keep them in a plate. Now take a pan and heat oil in it on medium flame. After the oil is heated, add potato patties according to the capacity of the pan and deep fry them.
- Fry the patties by turning them from both sides until they turn golden and become crispy. After this, take out the potato patties in a plate. Deep fry all the potato patties in the same way. Potato patties are ready. You can serve them with curd.
