Parineeti Chopra Weight Loss Diet Plan in Hindi: Parineeti Chopra was seen with Diljit Dosanjh in the recently released film “Chamkeela”. Parineeti earned a lot of fame due to the success of the film. She did not get this success so easily. When Parineeti entered Bollywood, she was overweight and had to lose a lot of weight but she lost more than 25 kg and started looking very fit. Parineeti says that she was suffering from obesity in those days. She not only had to lose weight but also had to become fit. Parineeti impresses everyone with her acting skills but by losing so much weight, she is a source of inspiration for many people. She says that she worked very hard to get her dream figure. She also kept herself mentally strong by taking the help of meditation and yoga.

Recently, Parineeti married Raghav Chaddha. Even in marriage, she worked hard to get her dream figure. She focused on her diet and exercise. Parineeti had gained 15 kg of weight for the movie Chamkila and now she is trying to reduce it.

Parineeti Chopra's Workout Plan

To keep herself fit, Parineeti started doing Kalaripayattu. She learned this martial art with the help of a trainer. Her trainer used to come to her house, where Parineeti practiced Kalaripayattu in an empty room. After losing some weight, she started going to the gym. She says that now she likes to stay fit always and she does not miss working out at all. To get her toned muscles, she relies on cardio. Parineeti does squats, lunges and weight lifting in the gym. This gives her a lot of strength and the body shape is good. Parineeti jogs for 1 hour every day. After this, she practices meditation and yoga. She lifts light weights. She likes swimming a lot and this actress also does horse riding.

Parineeti says that she does not like going to the gym. She prefers outdoor training for her workout. That is why she likes swimming and horse riding a lot. Parineeti loves dance and she takes regular dance classes. Parineeti believes that discipline is the only thing that makes us successful in any work. Discipline is very important in our personality. Parineeti likes nature a lot. That is why she does trekking. This is her outing as well as outdoor exercise.

Parineeti Chopra diet plan

Parineeti says that the biggest reason for her obesity was her being a foodie. However, she did not lose weight by starving herself. When she started her journey to reduce her weight, the first thing she did was to give up junk food and adopt a healthy lifestyle. She paid a lot of attention to her daily diet and included protein-rich foods. She avoided consuming foods with low sugar or fat.

Parineeti starts her day with hot water

Parineeti starts her day with warm water. She drinks lemon juice mixed in warm water on an empty stomach. After this, she eats brown bread and egg white for breakfast and drinks juice or a glass of milk. For her lunch, Parineeti likes to eat green vegetable salad and brown rice with roti and dal. In the evening, she drinks fat-free curd or green tea and for dinner, this actress eats fiber-rich food like a roti with dal. She likes to eat vegetables with less oil and her food plate always has green vegetables and fruit salad. This actress eats her food 2 hours before sleeping. This helps in digesting her food easily.

She takes help of aerobics for her dream figure

Parineeti seems to be very committed to losing weight. Her exercise regimen includes functional and weight training exercises as well as aerobics. In her workout routine, she does lat pulldown workouts to make her muscles strong and toned. She does exercises like shoulder press to strengthen her upper body. She likes to do lunges to give the right shape to her quadriceps and hamstrings. She says that doing aerobics gives her a lot of endurance. Parineeti likes to include such exercises in her workout plan that reduce the overall fat of her body.
