Reliance Jio has launched a new prepaid plan of Rs 999 for Jio users. Even before the tariff increase, the company was offering a plan of Rs 999. But after the increase, the plan became Rs 1199. But Jio has now brought a Rs 999 plan for its customers. This Rs 999 plan has 'Hero 5G' written on Jio's website. Jio users can get prepaid recharge under this plan. The big thing is that in the old Rs 999 plan, Jio users were getting 3 GB data per day, but in the new plan, users will get only 2 GB data per day. Total 1 GB of data will be less than before.

Know what is special in the new plan?

Jio's new Rs 999 plan has a validity of 98 days. Under this plan, customers will get unlimited voice calling, 100 SMS per day and 2 GB data per day. This means customers will get a total of 196 GB of data till the validity expires. If 5G network is reached in your area, you can avail unlimited 5G under this plan. According to the price and validity, customers will have to spend Rs 10.19 per day. With this plan, customers will get access to Jio TV, Jio Cloud, Jio Cinema. At the same time, after completing the daily limit of 2 GB, the internet speed will decrease to 64 kbps. So, even after the data husband leaves, it will be active for messaging small necessary tasks and where 5G network is available, unlimited data will be available.

Know the difference between the two plans

Before the tariff hike, Jio was offering 3GB of data per day in its Rs 999 plan. This plan was valid for 84 days. At that time customers had to spend Rs 11.89 per day. Now with the introduction of the new plan, the daily cost has come down but the average cost of 1 GB data has been made higher than before. But the users were facing difficulty due to the increase in price, now this plan is a boon for the users. This plan is beneficial for the users as they will get 98 days instead of 84 days and 5G unlimited if they get 1GB less data than before.
