Ranchi. The upcoming monsoon session of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly is convened from July 26 to August 2. Keeping this in mind, the first supplementary expenditure statement is being prepared. The Finance Department has also written a letter in this regard to the Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary and Head of Department of all the departments and has asked to submit the desired establishment, plan related proposals for the first supplementary by July 23 at any cost. After the approval of the departmental minister, the proposals will be accepted online only. The departments have been told that proposals related to change in the share of centrally sponsored scheme, central sector scheme, proposals according to the sharing pattern of the center and state share, proposals to correct any erroneous budgetary provision of the main budget of the financial year 2024-25, proposals related to new budgetary provision, establishment expenditure etc. have also been sought.
