The result of NEET UG 2024 exam will be released on the official website of NTA on July 20 at 12 noon. During the hearing in the case on July 18, the Supreme Court ordered the National Testing Agency to release the results city and exam center wise. In such a situation, let us know from which date the counseling of NEET UG 2024 will start and what documents will be required.
Earlier, during the hearing in the Supreme Court, the central government had said that NEET UG counseling would begin from the third week of July and would be completed in a total of four rounds. During the hearing in the court yesterday, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that the counseling process would start from July 24.
These documents are necessary
To participate in the counselling, the candidates who have qualified the NEET UG exam will have to register on the official website of the Medical Council Commission.

– Class 10th certificate and mark sheet
– Class 12th certificate and mark sheet.
– ID Proof (Aadhaar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
– Eight passport size photographs.
– Provisional allotment letter.
– Caste Certificate (if applicable)
– Colleges will have to provide information about seats
The Medical Counseling Commission issued a notice on July 16 to medical colleges to submit their seats details on the official portal mcc.nic.in. All medical colleges have to submit the complete details of seats to MCC by July 20.

The NEET UG exam was conducted by the National Examination Agency on May 5 at designated centers across the country. More than 23 lakh candidates appeared in the exam and the result was declared on June 4.
Hearing around 40 petitions related to the medical entrance exam NEET UG 2024, the Supreme Court has now asked the NTA to declare the centre and city-wise results of all the students by July 20.
