Congress leader Imran Masood has reacted sharply to CM Yogi's order to write the names of shop and dhaba owners on the Kanwar Yatra route in UP. Attacking the government, he said that we have been serving in the Kanwar Yatra camps for a long time.

He said, 'The clothes and hosiery of Kanwar pilgrims are made by Muslim artisans, the work of decorating Kanwar in Meerut is done by Muslims. Whatever hateful things you say is of no use. It will not make any difference to the Kanwar pilgrims. We love each other, we are not the people who will deviate from your agenda.

Let us tell you that UP CM Yogi Adityanath, as part of the steps taken for the convenience of Kanwar pilgrims, has ordered all the food and drink shops on the Kanwar routes across UP to install name plates and write the name of the operator or owner on the shops.

Regarding this, Saharanpur MP Imran Masood has attacked the UP government. On the order to take action against those selling products with Halal certification, he said that is there no other agenda in the country, apart from this there are many agendas in this country, whoever wants to eat Halal will eat Halal only, he does not need any certificate.

Imran Masood further said, 'Look, the government works to run away from its responsibilities. The youth are worried about employment, you will not talk about that. You have broken the back of the traders, you will not talk about that. The farmers are not getting the price of their crops, you will not talk about that.' He said, 'We always welcome and respect the Kanwariyas, everywhere in the camps all the work was done by Muslims, there is some hatred between Muslims and Hindus somewhere.

Imran Masood said, 'Kanwadias come out wearing hosiery, aren't all Muslims making it (hosiery). Don't Muslims in Meerut decorate the Kanwad? This talk of hatred by you is of no use, it won't make any difference to the Kanwad people.
