-1/2 cup leftover rice
-2 tbsp curd
-2 green chillies
-6 to 8 curry leaves
-2 tbsp coriander
-3 tablespoons water
-2 tablespoons semolina
-2 tbsp tomatoes
-2 tbsp cabbage
-2 tbsp carrots
-2 tbsp capsicum
-2 tbsp coriander
-salt to taste
-1/2 tsp chaat masala
How to make Appe–
To make appe from leftover rice, first of all, put the leftover rice, curd, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander and a little water in a mixer and grind it to make a paste. Now take out this batter in a bowl and add some semolina to it, along with chopped vegetables like cabbage, carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, tomato, salt and chaat masala and mix everything well and prepare a thick batter. After this, heat the appe pan and grease it with oil and put the appe batter in it, cover it and let it cook on low flame. When the appe is cooked from one side, cover it from the other side as well and let it cook on low flame. Your tasty rice appe is ready.
