New Delhi:
The glitch in Microsoft's server on Friday has affected the whole world. The biggest impact is being seen in airports and banks. Long queues have formed in many banks of the world. Due to server down, planes are not able to take off from the airport. The situation is such that many airlines including Indigo, Akasa Airlines and SpiceJet had to land planes and faced problems in flight operations. India's largest domestic airline Indigo said that all the systems of the network are affected by the ongoing problem with Azure. Many online services including check-in are not working at Delhi and Mumbai airports.
Due to server failure, many passengers are stranded at the airport. A passenger wrote on social media platform X, “Stuck at Dubai airport for more than an hour. Check-in server is down, no movement is visible. Disappointing start to the journey. @DubaiAirports any update?” At the same time, an Air India passenger said that the pilot announced during the flight that the airline was unable to get the details of the passengers and information about all the passengers being on board.
