Several global companies were hit on Friday morning due to the Microsoft cloud services outage. According to the sources several airlines, health systems, and emergency services were disrupted due to the outage. In India, major airlines including Indigo have informed passengers about the outage.
Taking it their official handle, Indigo informed that due to Microsoft outage, several companies have been affected due to which bookings, check-in and flights will get disrupted. The airlines said that it is working closely with the tech company and has asked the people to refrain from any bookings.

Apart from Indigo, Akasa and SpiceJet airlines reported disruption in services.
Global Outage
The outage has also affected major carriers including American Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines halted operations citing communication issues across United States.
According to the social media reports, 911 services are disrupted in several United States, Sky News is off-air, and services at the London Stock Exchange are disrupted. The issue is impacting companies globally with online reports that Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, and the UK have all been affected.

Sources also claim that a flawed anti-virus update has left Microsoft Windows users globally kicked out of their systems.
Meanwhile, CrowdStrike, the cyber security company involved in the update, has admitted responsibility for the outage and says it's working to resolve the issue.
London Stock Exchange also hit
The London Stock Exchange was also hit by a technical glitch on Friday after the global outage hit the world. The stock exchange in its statement said, “is currently experiencing a third-party global technical issue, preventing news from being published.”
