Mulethi-ginger decoction
To boost your immunity in monsoon, you can drink liquorice-ginger decoction. Licorice is known for its properties of strengthening the immune system. In such a situation, its decoction will prove to be very beneficial. To make it, make a regular cup of tea with liquorice and grated ginger. And filter it and drink it hot.
Cinnamon-clove decoction
Cinnamon and cloves are usually used as garam masala in cooking. These spices give a different taste to the food as well as a unique aroma. Apart from this, their decoction is also very beneficial for health. Boil a cinnamon stick with some cloves in water for 10 minutes. Then filter the mixture and add honey and lemon juice to it and drink it.
Ginger-basil decoction

Ginger is also beneficial for health due to its richness in many nutrients. To make its decoction, boil basil leaves and grated ginger in water for 5-7 minutes. Brew tea
To boost immunity, you can also make the decoction in the form of tea. This is a delicious way to boost immunity. To make it, mix ginger, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon and basil leaves and boil this mixture in water for about 5 minutes. Now filter it and add honey as per taste.
