250 gms millet flour
– 200 grams of wheat flour
– 100 gms gram flour
– 50 grams of corn flour
– 2 cups green fenugreek leaves
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 200 gms sour curd
– 1 teaspoon jaggery
– Salt as per taste
– 4 green chillies
– 1 inch ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
– ¼ teaspoon turmeric
– Oil for frying

– First of all, take millet, wheat, rawa and corn flour and sieve it in a plate. Wash and prepare fenugreek leaves. Finely chop green chillies and add ginger paste to it, mix jaggery in curd and mix curd in flour, oil and spices. Knead the dough with the help of water. Keep the dough aside for half an hour. Knead it again after half an hour. Make lemon-sized balls of it and fry them in oil with the help of oil and flour. This hot puri can be served with chutney, pickle or tea. The whole family will also like it in the rainy season. So get ready.
