Material
- 100 gms Paneer
- A cup of yogurt
- a teaspoon of crushed red pepper
- a teaspoon of ground black pepper
- finely chopped green coriander
- wheat flour
- salt to taste
- One to two tablespoons of oil
- Oregano
- Cumin powder
- finely chopped cabbage
- finely chopped onion
- capsicum finely chopped
How to make Dahi Paneer Paratha
- First of all, take flour in a big vessel, add salt, oil and celery to it and mix it and cover it with soft dough.
- – Now take curd in a bowl. – Tie the curd in a cloth and hang it so that all the water drains out.
- Now use this curd. – Mash the paneer with curd in a bowl.
- Also add finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, and onion.
- Also add finely chopped green coriander.
- Add spices to this mixture. Add crushed red chilli, black pepper powder, cumin powder and salt to the spices.
- If you want, you can also increase the spices as per your taste.
- – Now mix all these things.
- Take some dough from the kneaded dough and roll it.
- – After rolling, place the mixture on this prepared roti and give it a triangular shape with the help of hands.
- – Now apply water on the edges and fold the edges from three sides and stick them on the mixture.
- Keep in mind not to roll it after stuffing, else the stuffing will come out.
- Now gently place it on a hot pan and cook till it turns golden on one side. So that it does not burst open.
- Bake the other side in the same way. Delicious curd paneer paratha is ready. Serve it hot with green chutney
