Sonam Kapoor eating soaked almond:In a recent post shared on her Instagram handle, actress Sonam Kapoor gave us a glimpse of her diet for the entire day. She was seen starting her day at 6 am with some soaked almonds and Brazil nuts, a fresh glass of lemonade and a cup of collagen chocolate coffee, calling it the only 'indulgence' she enjoys.
According to Reema Madhian, dietitian and nutritionist and dietitian at Reema's Diet and Wellness Clinic, “Almonds are best eaten before breakfast as they are rich in good protein, vitamin-E and fatty acids. Due to their anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant content, they also make a good addition before and after a workout.
Brazil nuts, on the other hand, are “rich in selenium – a trace mineral that supplements bone, heart and thyroid health. A mineral that is quite rare to find in India, selenium reduces inflammation and is also helpful for people suffering from Parkinson’s.
Drinking lime water may promote an increase in water intake, helping to keep the body hydrated and potentially reducing hunger pangs. Additionally, the citric acid in limes may aid fat metabolism and reduce fat accumulation. Permanent weight loss requires a combination of regular exercise, a healthy diet, and lifestyle changes.

For breakfast, she was seen enjoying a classic plate of eggs with toast as she sat down for a meeting for her latest acting venture.
What's for lunch?
Sitting at a restaurant, she enjoyed a fresh, steamed plate of arrabbiata pasta slathered in classic red sauce and some salad. At around 4 pm, she had a steamed hot drink and at 5:15 pm, she had 'chicken on toast'. She also had a cup of coconut yogurt in front of her and some freshly cut berries on the side. To top it all off, Sonam ended the day at 7 pm with some soup in a thermos, which was brought to her car by her chef.
