Noida. A hotel owner has filed a report in Badalpur police station that three people who came to eat at his hotel attacked him and his servant with a knife in a dispute over salad. The police is investigating the case after registering a report of the incident. In Sector-39 police station area, after a liquor party, friends beat up a man and seriously injured him.
Inspector in charge of Badalpur police station, Amresh Kumar Singh, told that Rajpal Nagar resident of village Achheja has lodged a report in the police station that Amit son of Chhatrapal resident of village Bamheta, Sanjay resident of village Dujana etc. had come to his hotel to eat. These people were drunk. He told that under the influence of alcohol, they asked for salad from the waiter working at his hotel Vishal Raj. After some time, these people got angry and attacked the waiter with a knife. When the victim Rajpal came to intervene, the accused attacked him with a knife and seriously injured him. The police station in charge told that after registering a report of the incident on the complaint of the victim, the police is investigating the matter.
Meanwhile, Inspector in-charge of Sector-39 police station Jitendra Kumar Singh said that Hira Devi, wife of Dharmendra Mandal, has lodged a report in the police station that she lives in Bhatta Colony of Salarpur. The victim alleges that her husband Dharmendra Mandal was called and taken somewhere by Aryan and Gopi's father Dharmendra. They sat there and drank alcohol. Meanwhile, a dispute broke out between them over something. The victim alleges that both of them beat up her husband and seriously injured him. He has been admitted to the hospital in a very critical condition. He has suffered a serious head injury. The police station in-charge said that on the complaint of the victim in this case, the police have registered a case under Section 118 (1) of the Indian Penal Code and started investigating the incident.
