The announcement comes after weeks of speculation over the status of their relationship and days after Natasa reportedly left Mumbai with her son Agastya.
After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to separate by mutual consent,” the cricketer said in his Instagram post shared on Thursday evening. “We have tried our best together and given our all, and we believe this is in the best interest for both of us.
“This was a difficult decision for us, given the happiness, mutual respect and companionship we have enjoyed together and as our family has grown,” the statement said.
He became a father just two months after marriage
Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic got married in 2020 and welcomed their son Agastya the same year. The couple said, “We are blessed with Agastya, who will remain at the centre of both our lives and we will co-parent to ensure we give him everything we can for his happiness.”
Their statement ended with a request for privacy. “We sincerely request your support and understanding in granting us privacy during this difficult and sensitive time,” it concluded.

Rumours of the couple's divorce had been doing the rounds for several months. They gained more steam in March this year when Natasa removed the “Pandya” surname from her Instagram and deleted all their photos.
