Gorakhpur. Fateh Bahadur Singh, MLA from Campierganj in Gorakhpur, has said that his life is in danger. In this regard, he has written a letter to CM Yogi Adityanath and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He has also lodged a complaint with the police. The MLA has alleged that a person named Rajiv Ranjan Chaudhary is plotting to kill him.
However, Rajiv Ranjan came forward and clarified the allegations of the MLA. Rajiv Ranjan Chaudhary called himself a BJP worker and made serious allegations against the MLA. Rajiv Ranjan said, “I am a BJP worker and my mother is a member of the District Panchayat. MLA Fateh Bahadur wants to send me and my family to jail by filing fake cases.
He has done such things to people before as well.” He alleged that the MLA wants to get him killed and he himself is in cahoots with the SP. Chaudhary also appealed to CM Yogi for protection. District Panchayat member and Rajiv Ranjan's mother Saroj Devi said, “His family is constantly being threatened by the MLA. I request Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to protect my family, as we are getting threats from the MLA.” Meanwhile, SSP Dr. Gaurav Grover gave information about the MLA's allegations.
He said that the MLA has alleged that a conspiracy is being hatched to kill him, after which the police is rapidly investigating the case. The mother of the person whom the MLA has accused is a district panchayat member of BJP. After the complaint, statements of some people have also been recorded. According to the SSP, the MLA enjoys Y plus category security, under which at present a total of 11 security personnel are deployed for his security.
