UP. Big news has come out related to former minister Swami Prasad Maurya and his daughter Sanghmitra Maurya. MP MLA Lucknow Court has declared both (Swami Prasad Maurya and daughter Sanghmitra Maurya) as fugitives. The court has taken this action due to their not appearing on the summons sent to them.
For your information, Swami Prasad Maurya has been a minister in the UP government and is the national president of the Rashtriya Shoshit Samaj Party. While his daughter Sanghmitra Maurya has been an MP from Badaun on a BJP ticket. The court has now taken major action against both of them.
For your information, let us tell you that the court has issued this order due to the non-appearance of the accused in the case filed for marrying fraudulently without taking divorce. The court had earlier issued summons to both of them thrice, bailable warrant twice and non-bailable warrant once, but they were not appearing.
Deepak Kumar Swarnkar had filed a case against five people including former minister Swami Prasad Maurya and Sanghamitra Maurya for abusing, threatening and plotting. Deepak told the court that Sanghamitra is his wife, but she is denying this relationship. Her father is threatening him. A case has also been filed in Lucknow's MP ML court regarding this. The court has now declared both of them fugitives.
