Follow these measures to strengthen the leg muscles



Today we are going to tell you about those yogasanas by practicing which you can strengthen the muscles of your legs.

Vrikshasana: Vrikshasana is one of the easiest and ideal asanas to remove fat from your stomach. This asana also reduces leg fat and improves body balance. To do this, stand straight on the yoga mat and join your feet. Now place your right foot on your left thigh. The toe of your right foot should be facing the ground and the toes of your left foot should be facing forward. Keep in mind that your neck from behind should be straight in the line of the spine.

Ardha Chandrasana: Ardha Chandrasana is also very good for reducing thigh and buttock fat. Apart from this, the extra stretch also reduces belly fat and strengthens your body. To do this, start by standing with your feet together. Then bend to the left from the waist while keeping the right hand straight up and close to the ear and head. Bend to the left as far as possible and then stay in this half moon position for 30-40 seconds. To come back, slowly stand upright again. Doing this asana 4 to 5 times will be beneficial.

Utkatasana: Utkatasana helps strengthen and tone the core muscles (thighs and buttocks). Stand straight with hands folded (in namaste pose). Sit with the toes on the ground and the buttocks resting on the heels. Place both hands on the knees and spread the knees parallel to the heels. Bend your head slightly forward. Stay in this pose as long as you are comfortable. To come out of the pose, stand up straight comfortably.
