Fig laddus contain many nutrients like fiber, iron, potassium and vitamins, which help in strengthening immunity.
To make fig laddus, soak figs in warm water for 3-4 hours, then strain them.
– Now grind the figs in a mixer and make a paste, then heat ghee in a pan and add the fig paste to it.
Fry this paste in a pan for 10 minutes, then add dry fruits, cardamom powder, khoya and some sugar and mix well.
– Knead this mixture well and then divide it into small parts and make round shaped laddus. – Now you can serve these laddus.
