Starting Thursday, the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor will offer parking for over 8,000 vehicles across 25 stations. Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi will have the second-largest parking area, while Meerut South will be the largest, supporting sustainable transport with EV charging stations.

Ghaziabad: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has unveiled exciting updates to the parking facilities along the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor, enhancing convenience for commuters and aiming to ease traffic congestion. As per the reported information, starting this Thursday, the 25 RRTS stations along the corridor will offer parking for more than 8,000 vehicles. Notably, the Sarai Kale Khan station will feature the largest parking area in Delhi, and the second-largest in the RRTS network, with space for 275 cars and 900 two-wheelers. Meanwhile, the Meerut South station will have the largest parking space overall, accommodating around 300 cars and 900 two-wheelers. Both locations will also host electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to support sustainable transport.
