Here's how to make sugar beet cutlets.
Sugar beet – 1/4 kg
Big Onion – 1
Salt – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Mutton masala – 1 tbsp
Oil – 200 ml
Coneflower – 2 Tablespoon
Cumin powder – 5 tbsp

First wash the sugar beet in water, chop it and put it in an idli plate, sprinkle some salt on it and boil it covered for 15 minutes.
Next, after it is boiled, remove the skin and put it in a bowl and mash it well. Add chili powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, mutton masala, cornflower and mix well. Take a ball of the mixed dough and pat it into a cutlet shape. Now add little oil in a pan and fry the cutlets. The delicious cutlet is ready when golden brown.
