Use of turmeric for sore throat:
- Turmeric milk: Mix 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon honey in 1 cup warm milk and drink it. This will soothe the throat and help reduce cough.

- Turmeric Soup: Make soup by adding turmeric powder along with vegetables of your choice.
- Turmeric Egg: Boil 1 egg, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and a little salt and eat it.
- Turmeric Nasal Spray: Make a nasal spray by mixing 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt in 1 cup water. Spray in the nose 2-3 times a day.
