According to the information, the SIT of Punjab Vigilance Bureau has caught the fugitive director of the company Prashant Manjrekar from Mumbai airport. This accused was preparing to flee to Dubai. He has been arrested with the help of the immigration company.
According to the information received from the Vigilance Bureau, the accused was a fugitive in an FIR registered at Police Station Sadar City Zira District Ferozepur. The Supreme Court has banned the sale of any property of PACL company in village Gholumajra Dera Bassi and other places. It is worth noting that the Chief Minister of Punjab is also taking this matter seriously. PACL's property will be sold by him and the amount received from the sale will be returned to the investors. Pearl Group has invested in the properties of about 5 crore 50 lakh people across the country. The company has earned more than 60 thousand crores from this.
