CM Yogi visited Baba Vishwanath on the first Monday of Shravan

Varanasi, 22 July: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Varanasi on the very first day of Shravan month. CM and Gorakshapeethadhiswar Yogi Adityanath visited Adiyogi in Shri Kashi Vishwanath temple on Monday. He went to Baba's sanctum sanctorum and prayed for the welfare of the people by performing Shodashopachar puja. Before this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also flagged off Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham Anna Seva Van from Kashi Vishwanath temple premises. These five vans will deliver the food prepared in the temple's canteen to hospitals and Sanskrit schools.
The Chief Minister also paid his respects at the feet of Kashi Kotwal
Before this, CM Yogi Adityanath also took blessings of Baba Kalbhairav, the Kotwal of Kashi, by worshipping him according to the rituals. After the Lok Sabha elections, the Chief Minister reached Kashi for the first time and offered prayers.
During the worship, state government ministers Dayashankar Singh, Dayashankar Mishra 'Dayalu', Ravindra Jaiswal, Legislative Council member Hansraj Vishwakarma etc. were present.
CM greeted Baba's devotees
On reaching Baba Vishwanath temple, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath greeted the devotees who had come to perform Jalabhishek. Seeing the CM, Baba's devotees also chanted Har Har Mahadev. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who arrived on a one-day Varanasi tour on Monday, instructed the officials of the temple administration, district and police administration that the devotees coming here during the entire Shravan month should not face any kind of inconvenience. Every facility of the devotees should be taken care of.
