Prayagraj. The Special Task Force of Uttar Pradesh Police, which is engaged in the investigation of the RO-ARO paper leak case, has once again taken a major action. The STF has filed a chargesheet against all 16 accused in the case. These include the name of mastermind Rajiv Nayan Mishra and his main associate Subhash Prakash. At present, this is the first chargesheet filed in this case and the investigation will continue further.
Out of the 16 accused against whom chargesheet has been filed, 15 are in jail. While, one accused Saurabh Shukla has got bail. It is worth mentioning that on March 2, an FIR of this case was lodged in Civil Lines police station by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Secretary Ashok Kumar. Later, the investigation of the case was handed over to STF. The case was registered against unknown persons. On the basis of evidences that came out in the investigation, 16 accused were arrested one by one and sent to jail.
Currently, the police is looking for three accused in the paper leak case. These include Pushkar Pandey, Kameshwar Nath Maurya and Shivani Singh. Pushkar is close to mastermind Rajiv Nayan Mishra and has gone to jail in the Tezzbuzz NHM recruitment paper leak case. Kameshwar Nath Maurya is a resident of Jhunsi, who has been a partner of the mastermind in running a consultancy firm. Shivani used to look after the accounts of the mastermind. Varanasi STF has also been deployed to search for her.
