To make this system easier and to benefit more and more people, the public hearings held at the ministerial level are now being organised at the district and tehsil levels as well. People are informed about this in advance.
In the public hearing held under 'Sambhav', the matter of problem and its resolution is heard from the concerned officials and the complainant through video conferencing. In this, the complainants submit their complaints on the Minister's Tej portal. tej.net.in You can register at or email sambhavprg@gmail.com It can also be sent through.
