It is only because of Vicky Kaushal that we are able to watch the entire film till the end. Vicky has played the simple role of Akhil very well. Vicky's study and preparation for this role is evident. Vicky does something in ordinary situations that brings a smile on the face of the audience. Tripti, who played a small role in 'Animal', is seen here as a 'decorative doll'. She has acted well. Her comic timing is also good. But Tripti, who has done films like 'Kala', 'Bulbul', can be expected to be seen in better and meaningful roles.
