New Delhi, Patna. Now the BJP's allies have also opposed the decision to write the names of shopkeepers on the Kanwar Yatra route in Uttar Pradesh. After Janata Dal (United), a major ally of the BJP, now Union Minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) leader Chirag Paswan has also opposed it. Chirag Paswan has objected to the order to write the names of the owners of the eateries on the Kanwar Yatra route.
According to the news, he does not support the advice of the police or anything that creates division in the name of caste or religion. Chirag Paswan said – No, I do not support it When asked if he supports this advice? The president of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) said, no, I do not support it. I believe that there are two classes in society, rich and poor and people of different castes and religions fall in both categories.
Chirag Paswan said, we need to bridge the gap between these two classes of people. It is the responsibility of every government to work for the poor, which also includes all sections of the society like Dalits, backward, upper caste and Muslims. We need to work for them. He said, whenever there is such division in the name of caste or religion, I do not support or encourage it at all. I do not think that any educated youth of my age, no matter which caste or religion he comes from, is affected by such things.
JDU also expressed protest and requested the government to review
Janata Dal (United), a key ally of the BJP, has already requested the Uttar Pradesh government to review the Muzaffarnagar order. JDU leader KC Tyagi said that Bihar has an even bigger Kanwar Yatra (from UP). No such order is applicable there. The restrictions that have been imposed are a violation of the Prime Minister's slogan of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas. This order is neither applicable in Bihar nor in Rajasthan and Jharkhand. It would be better if it is reviewed. This order should be withdrawn.
