Since the franchise’s debut in 2013, there’s been no shortage of praise for the character dynamics between its original protagonists, with fans and critics alike lauding how the first game’s narrative solidified Joel and Ellie’s father-daughter bond. Reddit user platinumgamher posted a picture of their new tattoo to the r/thelastofus subreddit, which was inspired by Joel and Ellie’s trip to the dilapidated Wyoming Museum of Science and History. The tattoo itself appears to be an image of a Tyrannosaurus rex skull with a stockman hat. Apart from a charming design, the tattoo also contains a clever reference to a scene where Joel and Ellie placed a similar hat over several dinosaur heads while they trekked through the ruins of the museum.
