Raipur . The Directorate of Public Relations has lodged an FIR at Rakhi police station against the person who sent fake messages to the applicants for empanelment of news portals and news websites. Actually, the Directorate of Public Relations had invited online applications from 27 June to 18 July 2024 for empanelment of news portals and news websites. During this, on July 16, an unknown person sent a WhatsApp message to the applicants in the name of Rabik Private Limited saying that there is some problem in their application and portals, due to which there is no possibility of their empanelment in the Directorate of Public Relations. Applicants should contact them for its solution.
On receiving a complaint from the Directorate of Public Relations, FIR No. 0158 has been registered at Rakhi police station in Nava Raipur today. Rakhi police station has registered a case under section 319 of the Indian Penal Code 2023 and started investigation.
