Ghaziabad. A truck caught fire in front of IMS College on NH-9 in Dasna. Seeing smoke rising, the driver jumped out of the cabin and saved his life. After this the fire spread rapidly. The fire was extinguished with the help of two fire tenders.
CFO Rahul Pal said that the truck was loaded with iron scrap. Shilu, a resident of Chhibramau in Kannauj, was taking the truck from Pilkhuwa to Ghaziabad. On receiving information about the fire, truck owner Kishan Bhagat, a resident of Loha Mandi, also reached the spot. The CFO said that as soon as the information was received, the fire was extinguished with the help of fire tenders. Thankfully, there was no loss of life in the accident.
