This month is going to be very important for farmers, labourers, weavers, businessmen and people associated with the profession. This is because the central government formed for the third time under the leadership of Modi will present its first budget of the new term. Everyone has high expectations from the financial budget, where some big announcements are expected to be made.
This time farmers are also very happy about the budget, because there is a possibility of getting some big gifts. The Modi government at the center can make a big announcement to make the farmer families happy. It is being speculated that the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana can now be increased to Rs 1,000 per month by the Center. The government is considering taking this decision to woo the farmers. However, no such update has been received from the Agriculture Ministry yet.
Why considering Rs 1000 installment amount?
In the last Lok Sabha elections, BJP, which was in power for ten years, suffered a huge loss. BJP, which contested to win 400 Lok Sabha seats, was reduced to a total of 240 seats. The biggest resentment in this is said to be of the farmers. This year, assembly elections are to be held in some states, where the government is considering increasing the installment amount to please the farmers.
There is a discussion that the installment amount provided by the government every four months should be made per month. It should be made Rs 1000 per month, so that farmers will get a profit of Rs 12,000 every year. With this plan, the installment amount of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will also be doubled.
The government gives so many installments every year
In the current situation, Narendra Modi gives an installment of Rs 2,000 to the farmers under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. This installment amount is transferred to the account every four months. According to this, every year Rs 6000 is received as an installment. To attract the farmers, the government is now considering increasing the installment amount to Rs 4,000 instead of Rs 2000.
According to this, Rs 12,000 will be given every year in three installments of Rs 4,000 each. Instead of giving the money in four months, the government is thinking of giving Rs 1,000 to the farmers every month. This will benefit the farmers every month.
When did the scheme start?
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was started in the year 2019. The government has started this scheme to make the farmers financially strong. So far 12 crore farmers have joined this scheme. The government has so far released 17 installments of Rs 2,000 under this scheme. Now everyone is eagerly waiting for the next i.e. 18th installment.
