Step 1- Use a chemical free cleanser
Always use alcohol free or chemical free cleansers to prevent skin from getting dry. Never use cleansers containing glycolic acid or salicylic acid as they can make the skin more dull and dry. You should choose honey, milk, aloe vera, glycerin based cleansers.
Step 2-Apply alcohol-free toner
Toner helps in maintaining the pH level of the skin. It is also considered very helpful in tightening the skin pores. People with dry skin or sensitive skin should use rose water or light toner. People who have dry skin should choose a toner that is alcohol free and also moisturizes your skin.
Step 3- Apply face serum
Face serums are very beneficial for people with dry skin. But while choosing them, keep in mind that you should only choose face serums that contain hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B, antioxidants and plant-based. Serums protect your skin from becoming too greasy and also deliver nutrients to the skin.
Step 4- Moisturizing is essential
People with dry skin should keep their skin hydrated in every season, but in the rainy season, the wind is very cold, which makes us feel cold. Actually, this cold wind can take away the moisture from your skin. In such a situation, do not forget to moisturize the skin. By using moisturizer from time to time, the moisture of the skin will remain intact and the glow of your skin will also remain. People with sensitive skin should use a good moisturizer on their skin in every season. But avoid using cream or heavy moisturizers in this season. Instead, apply gel-based moisturizer.
Step 5: Keep your skin hydrated
If your skin also starts getting dry quickly in the rainy season, then it is very important to keep it hydrated because in this season the skin becomes a victim of dehydration and the moisture of the skin starts decreasing, due to which the chances of skin damage increase. To avoid this condition, drink adequate amount of water in monsoon and consume seasonal vegetables and fruits.
Step 6- Avoid using hot water
In the rainy season, it often feels cold due to heavy rains, due to which many people start using hot water. Using too much hot water on the skin in this season can make your skin dry and if your skin is too dry or sensitive, then you should immediately stay away from hot water.
