If it is formed now, then it will be implemented on 1 January 2026. Earlier, the 7th Pay Commission was implemented on 1 January 2016. After the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission, a bumper increase was seen in the salary of the employees.
Know how the Central Pay Commission is prepared?
Every decade i.e. in ten years, employees get the benefit of a new pay commission. The question may be arising in your mind that how is it prepared. These recommendations are made with the aim of keeping inflation and other external factors in mind. Keeping this pattern in mind, the 8th Pay Commission should be implemented in the year 2026.
