Know how the Central Pay Commission is prepared?
Every decade i.e. in ten years, employees get the benefit of a new pay commission. The question may be arising in your mind that how is it prepared. Actually, the commission works to review the salary, allowances and other benefits of central employees. It recommends amendments in them. These recommendations are made with the aim of keeping inflation and other external factors in mind. Keeping this pattern in mind, the 8th Pay Commission should be implemented in the year 2026.
Will we get DA arrears also?
It is also believed that the central government may make a big announcement on the pending DA arrears. The government can give a big good news to the employees by releasing the pending DA arrears of 18 months, due to which there will be a lot of enthusiasm on everyone's face. If this amount is released, then more than 2 lakh rupees will come in the account of the employees. Therefore, everyone's eyes are fixed on the general budget to be presented.
