Jio has launched a new prepaid plan for its users. This recharge plan has been introduced with the Hero 5G tag. In this, users are being given more than 1.5GB of data daily. The price of Jio's new plan is Rs 999. In this recharge plan, 2GB data is being given per day for internet use. 100 SMS are being given daily in this pack. Unlimited calling is being given to talk on other networks. Apart from this, access to Jio TV, Cinema and Cloud is being given for free in the recharge plan. The validity of this data pack is 98 days.

Talking about the Rs 51 pack, a total of 3GB data is being given in it. Whereas, 6GB and 9GB data are available in the Rs 101 and Rs 151 packs respectively. Apart from this, access to premium apps is not available in all three. These data packs can be recharged with the existing plan.
Increased price of plans
Earlier, the telecom company had increased the price of all its prepaid plans to increase ARPU (Average Revenue per User). Along with this, the price of postpaid plans was also increased.
