New Delhi, July 19 (HS). The Union Budget for the current financial year 2024-25 will be presented in Parliament on July 23. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will start her budget speech in the Lok Sabha at 11 am. This will be Sitharaman's seventh consecutive budget.

According to the Finance Ministry, the process of preparing the budget for the Union Budget 2024-25 is in the final stages. The ministry said that the moment-to-moment update of the budget will be on the Finance Ministry's X handle, Facebook and Twitter. After the completion of the budget speech, the budget document of the Union Budget 2024-25 will be available on both Android and Apple OS platforms. Along with this, it will also be available in English and Hindi on the Union Budget Mobile App.

After the formation of the government at the Centre for the third time under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the budget for the financial year 2024-25 is going to be presented on 23 July. From 2014 to February 1, 12 budgets of the Modi government have been presented.
