Ranchi. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has taken major action in Ranchi in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) and Undergraduate (UG) paper leak case. The CBI has detained MBBS first year student Surabhi Kumari from the hostel of Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) Ranchi on Thursday night. According to CBI officials, Surabhi Kumari is involved in the solver gang. She is a resident of Ramgarh district. She is being questioned in Ranchi. The name of this student came to light after the arrest in Patna. This is the first arrest from a medical college in Jharkhand in this case. The CBI is trying to reach Sanjeev Mukhiya, the mastermind of this case. Some more medical students and doctors are on the target of the CBI. The CBI has earlier arrested four students of Patna AIIMS. All three are students of the 2021 batch. In this case, the engineer who stole the paper from the truck of the National Testing Agency has also been arrested from Patna.
