Lack of caution orders and error in tracking can also be the reason
According to the railway document, a caution order was issued on July 17 to repair the railway track on the Gonda-Mankapur section. In this, passenger trains were run at a speed of 20 kilometers. The engineering department of the railway issues the above orders to change and repair the railway track. On Thursday, due to the absence of any caution order, this express train met with an accident while running at its maximum speed. The reason could also be a fault in the track.
