Mumbai. Tisha Kumar, daughter of former actor and T-Series producer Krishan Kumar, died of cancer at the age of 21. A source told PTI that Krishan Kumar's daughter was undergoing treatment in Germany. The source said, “Tisha was suffering from cancer and was undergoing treatment for about three years. She was taken to Germany a few days ago for better treatment where she breathed her last in the hospital yesterday.”

A T-Series spokesperson also confirmed the news of Tisha's demise in a statement. The statement said,‘‘Krishna Kumar's daughter Tisha Kumar passed away yesterday after a long battle with illness. This is a difficult time for the family, and we request that the family's privacy be respected.''

Tisha was the cousin of T-Series head Bhushan Kumar. Her father Krishan Kumar acted in films like Bewafa Sanam and Kasam Teri Kasam in the 1990s.
