The trailer of the much-awaited film Ryan, directed by Dhanush, has been released. Apart from Dhanush, the movie stars Prakash Raj, Sandeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan, SJ Suryah, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Aparna Balamurali in lead roles. The trailer is attracting a lot of attention from the audience as soon as it is released. The glimpses of the upcoming gangster drama have increased the excitement of the fans a lot.
The trailer of Ryan begins with a shot of Dhanush washing off the blood on his body. Soon, Kalidas and Sandeep's characters are shown clearly angry over something. Surya is shown in a different light, while Prakash seems to be chasing him. Dhanush's character is shown attacking various people. It seems that Kalidas and Sandeep are also joined in his thirst for vengeance. However, the last scene shows him in the exact opposite, looking very calm when he talks to a policeman.

Ryan, produced by Sun Pictures banner, is set to hit the big screens on July 26. The film is written and directed by Dhanush, who plays the lead role in the film. Ryan is Dhanush's second directorial venture after Pa Paandi. AR Rahman is composing the music for the film. Kalidas and Sandeep play Ryan's brothers, while Dushara plays his sister. Ryan is Dhanush's 50th film as a lead actor. Ryan, an action drama revolving around a gangster, has completed the censor formalities and has received an A certificate. This is Dhanush's second film after Vada Chennai to receive this rating. Dhanush's other big release in the coming days is Thangalan, the release date of which is yet to be decided.
