The first match of the three-match T-20 series being played between Australia and West Indies is being played in Hobart today. Australia has given the target of 214 runs to West Indies.

West Indies won the toss and decided to bowl first at the Bellerive Oval Stadium in Hobart. Australia scored 213 runs after losing four wickets in 20 overs and gave West Indies a target of 214 runs. David Warner scored the highest score of 70 runs for Australia. He hit 12 fours and one six in his 36-ball innings. Josh Inglis played an inning of 39 runs in 25 balls with the help of five fours and a six.
Whereas Tim David scored 37 runs on 17 balls. During this, he hit four fours and two sixes. Apart from Russell, Alzarri Joseph took two wickets for the visiting West Indies. Jason Holder and Romario Shepherd got one wicket each.

Warner achieved a big achievement
Warner achieved a big achievement in the first T20 match against West Indies. He has become the first player for Australia to play 100 matches in all three formats. He is the third player in the world in this matter. Before him, India’s Virat Kohli and New Zealand’s Ross Taylor had achieved this feat.
Apart from this, Warner has also become the third Australian player to play his 100th match in T-20. Former captain Aaron Finch (103 matches) is at number one. The second number is star all-rounder Glenn Maxwell. He has also played 100 matches.
