Kolkata, 18 November (Tezzbuzz). The UK is set to send its largest ever delegation to the seventh edition of the Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS). BGBS will be held here on November 21-22, a notification said. The UK Deputy High Commission said a 55-member delegation of businesses and institutions will visit BGBS in Kolkata. Alex Ellis, Britain’s High Commissioner to India, said: “I look forward to leading the UK’s largest ever delegation to the Bengal Global Business Summit. I hope the summit will help British businesses expand here and companies from Bengal will also establish their presence in the UK.

It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has recently visited Dubai and Spain for the Bengal Business Global Summit. During this, he met and held meetings with different representatives of the industry.
