To make cauliflower soup, put ghee in a pan and add nigella seeds and bay leaves, after frying add garlic and onion in it. – After cooking, add cauliflower and fry for 2 minutes and sprinkle flour and cook. After cooking add water and milk. Cook everything well and remove from flame. Grind all the ingredients well and add salt, black pepper and grated cheese to it.
Very tasty Manchurian is made from cauliflower. To make Cabbage Manchurian, dip the cabbage in flour and corn flour, coat it and deep fry it. Fry until golden brown, now add two spoons of oil in a pan and add ginger, onion, one spoon ketchup, chili sauce, soya sauce and cook. Add vinegar and water and mix with fried cabbage, serve with green onions.
